Where do you ship and how long will my order take to arrive?
We ship worldwide! For domestic orders, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders, standard shipping takes 2-6 weeks and express shipping takes 3-5 days depending on your country.
Please note it usually takes us a day or two to process your order after it’s placed.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us here for help locating your package. Please note that after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Make sure your delivery address is secure and that someone will be available to receive your package.

Am I responsible for import duties and taxes on my international order?
Yes. Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.
These fees and charges are out of our control and are paid to your government and not us. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. Applies to full-price items claimed within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived. Send your returns to:

The product I received is not what I ordered - what do I do?
We apologize if the package you received is not the product you ordered. Please do not wear the glasses! Instead contact us here immediately for further assistance. When reaching out to us, please include your order#, a description of the issue, product details (i.e. frame style, colorway) and some photos of the incorrect product. We will quickly respond, send you a free return shipping label and ship the correct product.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us here immediately for changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate your changes but please note that our shipping is fast and there is the possibility we may not see your request before your order has been processed and shipped. Once an order ships we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

Can I put prescription lenses in my TV Eyes frames?
Yes, all of our frames come RX-ready with optical-grade materials and can support prescription lenses. We do not offer prescription lens services ourselves and encourage you to contact your friendly local optometrist.

All sunglasses come with our branded soft cloth, perfect for maintaining optimum sunglass cleanliness.

Yes! Our eyewear is for everyone. If you think a particular model or colorway would look great on you, you are right!
